As a non-profit, Haines City Theatre relies on dedicated volunteers to donate time & skills to our productions.
Whether you like to get on stage or prefer to be behind the scenes, HCT is always welcoming new volunteers.

OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE:

USHERS

• Greeting patrons and distributing programs
• Scanning tickets
• Showing patrons to their seats
• Assisting with post-show clean-up

CONCESSIONS

• Distribution of drinks and snacks
• Making Popcorn
• Handling small monetary transactions​
• Assisting with post-show clean-up

BOX OFFICE

• Processing live ticket transactions
• Handling monetary transactions
• Assisting with post-show clean-up

RAFFLE (18+)​

• Selling raffle or 50/50 tickets
• Handling small monetary transactions
• ​Assisting with post-show clean-up

ON-STAGE
We hold auditions on a regular basis. Everyone is welcome to audition regardless of experience. Please check our audition page for details and follow us on Facebook and Instagram for audition updates.

OFF-STAGE
There are many different ways to become involved in a production that don't require being on-stage. Off-stage opportunities include audio-visual tech, stagehands, set construction, props, make-up, costumes, and more!

COMMITTEES
Much of the work required for operating Haines City Theatre is done by committees 
who help us with fundraising, marketing/advertising, play-reviewing, creating/updating bylaws, finance, and more!
