​HCT Youth: Camp Curtain Call
The inaugural HCT Youth theatre education program.

HCT is proud to introduce Camp Curtain Call, a comprehensive theatre training program designed for young performers of all experience levels. Students receive structured instruction in acting, musical theatre, dance, technical theatre, audition preparation, and more culminating in a live showcase performance on the HCT stage. 

Programs by Age and Experience
Camp Curtain Call offers a tiered training structure designed to support performers at every stage of development. Students are placed into 1 of 3 tiers:

• Kids (7-12)
  • Focus on building confidence and exploring all areas of theatre
• Teens (13-17)
  • Focus on developing stronger technique, performance skills, and audition readiness
• Conservatory (by placement)
  • Advanced students will receive conservatory-style training with an emphasis on performance quality, professional standards, and individualized growth

These tiers are based on both age and performance experience, ensuring a curriculum that meets each actor at their level while supporting continued growth. From foundational exploration for younger performers to advanced, pre-professional training for more experienced actors, each track builds skills in acting, musical theatre, movement, and audition technique. All programs culminate in a live showcase performance, giving students the opportunity to apply their training on stage.
